Doc 'N Roll

(Until November 13th)

London's notorious music documentary festival has returned for its 9th outing and will be putting on a host of great films in cinemas across London and the UK. Expect films on New Orleans' jazz funerals, Detroit techno, legends of funk and krautrock, Australian punk, and much more.

Pitchfork Music Festival

(November 9-13th)

Spread across thirteen great London venues, Pitchfork presents five brilliant days of music. The festival boasts an incredible and eclectic roster of artists. Expect Norweigan art-pop from Jenny Hval, Congolese electro-punk from KOKOKO!, avant-garde weirdness from William Basinski, Welsh freak-folk from Cate Le Bon, and virtuoso post-punk from the new-look Black Country, New Road.

Southall Carnival of Lights

(November 14th)

A one of a kind ‘Night Carnival’ featuring extraordinary performances, fabulously-lit floats and lots of community participation, all taking place in Southall, the oldest South Asian community in Europe. This is a Diwali celebration everyone can enjoy.

(November 11-20th)

London Jazz Festival returns to celebrate three decades of concerts. Expect legends of jazz from all over the world, as well as modern pioneers of jazz-influenced genres. The festival takes place over 10 days and a host of different venues. Find out more here.

FIFA World Cup

(November 21st, 25th and 29th)

Christmas at Kew Gardens

(November 16th - January 8th)
